Suzie's is a really excellent beach cafe. Good food, China cups, sea view and shelter from sun or rain. Helpful staff.A year has passed and, although I would still recommend Suzie's it's a tad less friendly and a tad less good than it was.

Susie’s cafe is excellent. Despite the staff always being busy they’re always eager to please and very helpful. Dogs always receive a warm welcome. The food is always to a high standard. Suzie herself is also very lovely.

Suzie's cafe is a great spot for catching a few rays on a sunny day. And if it gets wet the Nelson is fifty yards away 😉

Good food

Delicious lunch and drinks. The delightful member of staff took the time to help advise me as my son and wife are allergic to milk/cheese. We ended up having a vegan mozzarella tomato and pesto panini and a milkshake made with oat milk (and a dairy free ice cream variant). They also have dairy free ice lollies! Top service. Would be nice to be able to pay by card but can’t fault this place, I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Nicely located adjacent to the beach, serving a selection of sandwiches many served on Sourdough bread. I had the bacon sourdough sandwich, it was freshly prepared and tasted yum.

Two lunch times - mug of piping hot tea and a bacon and egg sandwich - with plenty of filling. Marvelous way to while away an hour on the prom people watching

Great value

Suzi and Gary and the team work hard nearly all year round at this excellent little cafe on the Southwold sea front. Their bacon & egg on sourdough is legendary. Pop by at any time, but put a special marker down for New Year's Eve, when a warming dinner (and maybe even a hot chocolate) is a nice alternative to another pint at the Lord Nelson, as you watch the fireworks on the beach.

Excellent small outdoor cafe on promenade in amongst the beach huts - great for watching the comings and goings around the beach.

Lovely staff and most cleanist cafe I've ever seen! Everything has it rightful place and in order ! Really well done. And lovely food and she does great cuppa tea!

Coffee and tea very good and the view was spectacular, not sure a cafe is the correct place for political expression.

Absolutely the best of the beach cafés. Open on busy weekends in the off season too.

Fabulous menu and top quality. I visit each time I am in Southwold for s bike ride. Start with Macciato in the morning and finish later in the day with an affogatto. Wonderful place. Just visit and see what I mean! Tom C

This is a rather special place. Get there early to grab a seat with splendid sea views and gastro standard coffee and food.

Great little spot to relax and enjoy a cup of tea and watch the world go by. Top ice cream also helps.

Friendly staff...just been to one of Suzies BBQ evenings on the beach, amazing. Burgers were really good....

Really great place on the seafront, lovely menu only spoiled by rather surly male (owner ?) Earning his living seems a little beneath him. But don't let it stop you enjoying Southwold, the view and great ice cream.
